The person who scopes the work writes the code, runs the incident review, and signs the deploy. No offshore handoff, no junior bench. The cost of a senior is the cost of not needing three later.

We run what we design.
Every architecture decision is weighed against real on-call cost, change velocity, and the human in the loop. Because we are that human. EverForge operates many of the GCP + AI platforms we ship.

Infrastructure as code — or it didn't happen.
All GCP resources are created and changed through Terraform. State is versioned in GCS, locked, and modular. The code is the single source of truth; the console is just a viewer.

Perimeters before identity. Identity before secrets. Secrets before keys.
Workload Identity Federation first. Conditional org policies over reactive cleanup. Tag-based exceptions only when necessary. The order is non-negotiable.

We only take what we can finish.
Scope discipline is how we serve. We accept full-scope engagements (migrations, AI builds, landing zones, compliance) and politely decline the rest. Nothing builds trust faster than a clean handoff.

Cheap before clever.
Scale-to-zero, free tiers, and budget alerts first. When serverless fits, we choose it. Clever comes only when cheap no longer works.
